How to Manage Your Time with an Easy Mind Map?
The overall process is simple, just do the following steps:
Step 1 – Start Your Work
Take out a piece of blank paper, or open a blank drawing board in an easy mind map software.
Step 2 – Draw the Central Topic
Decide and draw your central topic (in our example here the central topic is “weekly plan’).
Step 3 – Add Branches
Draw more sub-branches for your time management mind map in different colors.
Step 4 – Set Priority
Prioritize and list out all of your tasks in different groups: Priority, Important and Others.
Step 5 – Insert Marks
Highlight or insert different marks for each of your ongoing or finished tasks. This can be a productive way to track your progress with absolute clarity.
Step 6 – Add Emergency Tasks
Optional step: you can insert a floating topic (as an emergency) right beside your mind map.
