What is PDCA?
The PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle was developed in the 1920s. It is also known as the Deming cycle. Generally, PDCA is an iterative four-step management method used in business for the control and continuous improvement of products and services.

This step can also be called as the “Adjust” phrase, where you can improve any further problems noticed from the past steps. Finally, risks could be re-checked and eliminated. You should also decide whether there are some other better instructions or standards for your goals. These actions would all help you to develop and plan a better PDCA cycle for your next project.
